Design thinking during “Future of family businesses” conference

Sanja Terziev, Business analytics and data science consultant, held a workshop where she presented Design thinking methodology to various audience: owners and managers of different companies were present.as well as university professors and students. During the workshop ground principles, of given methodology we use as well, were presented.  Apart from design and development (new products or processes), this methodology has shown efficient results and inspired us to join problem solving. Our clients were very satisfied by our Design thinking methodology approach and workshops. It is very important to enhance that this methodology is very well accepted when used during phase of preparation of solution development projects.
