Hospitality Insights solution presented at the Best Stay event

At the leading conference in the hotel industry in Croatia, Best Stay event, we presented our Hospitality Insights solution. The three-day conference was held from the 12th to the 14th October, 20022 in the Terme Sveti Martin, bringing together representatives and managers of the largest Croatian and international hotel chains. The participants shared their knowledge, best practices and ideas about the sustainability of tourism, and the application of innovative technologies.

Hospitality Insights is platform that provides an amazing guest experience to help improve guest feedback, measure their satisfaction and reporting it to the management.

A detailed insight into all the advantages and functionalities of the application participants found out from the first-hand experience of our client. Samanta Macan, Front Desk Manager from Mon Perin, gave a presentation of a case study how they introduced the app to their business and improved the experience of their camp guests.

During Samanta’s presentation participants learnt more about what can the insights tell about guest satisfaction with hotel services, during and after their stay and how does the Hospitality Insights app differ from other apps, and what has been its value to camping grounds specifically. The importance of getting feedback about every aspect of business with examples of how this helps to improve guest experience was presented, along with the “How to guide”: Showing your guests how much you value them and motivating them to return.

During the conference, Megatrend team members were present at the booth and provided interested participants with more information about our new Hospitality Insights application and how it can help them improve their business!
